Financial Arrangements

Payment for services provided by our office are the responsibility of the patient on the day of the appointment.

We are happy to submit your claim directly to your insurer to enable a smooth and easy reimbursement. We provide pre determinations with your dental insurance upon request prior to your treatment.

For risks of conflict of interest, the communication between the insurer and the patient is solely the responsibility of the patient, not the dental office. We are happy to help guide you with any questions or concerns you have regarding our fees, your coverage and our treatment planning.
